As our International Senior Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of our international growth by transforming distributor relationships from transactional to truly strategic. This is not a role for quick wins, this is about building sustainable growth across markets. You build markets, not just close deals. You don’t see distributors as customers, but as partners.
You will be responsible for accelerating growth across our international markets by strengthening distributor partnerships and unlocking new commercial opportunities.
Turn distributors into long-term strategic partners
Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing markets
Build and execute Direct-to-Retail (DTR) strategies
Lead commercial conversations with (potential) major international retail accounts
Represent us at international trade shows and key industry events
Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
You report to the International Sales Director and work cross-functionally with Brand, Product and Operations.
Develop joint business plans with key distributors
Expand distribution, increase sell-through, and grow market share
Identify new channels, categories, and retail opportunities
Lead negotiations with distributors and retail partners
Manage agents and align them with strategic goals
Monitor performance and translate data into decisions
You think in markets and partnerships, not just deals
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
You know how to navigate complexity across countries and stakeholders
You’re a strong storyteller, you sell a vision, not just product
You’re commercially driven, but always with a long-term mindset
You prefer international complexity over simple, single-market sales
5+ years experience in international sales / business development / account management
Proven track record in closing and developing international partnerships
Experience with distributors and/or retail channels
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience in consumer goods / retail (toy & games is a big plus)
Willingness to travel internationally
Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Mandarin)
Network in global toy & games industry
Knowledge of international trade & logistics
