Job summary

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.

Qualifications

• University degree of at least three years in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences, or a related field.
• In the absence of such degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, organisation of meetings and events, and coordination of project-related activities.
