Job summary

CSC Netherlands in Amsterdam is seeking a Company Lawyer for the North America and Private Equity Services team. The role is a 1-year fixed term on a hybrid basis, with a 40-hour work week and a salary of €50,000–€56,000 gross per year.

You will support Dutch and international clients with corporate and legal administration, offering growth opportunities in a collaborative environment. The position requires a LL.M.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2–4 years’ experience in trust/corporate services, (international) law, tax or financial services.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
• Clear, confident communication and a client‑first mindset.
• Pragmatic, open‑minded, and solutions‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary client contact for legal, corporate, and administrative questions.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal and administrative activities for operational entities and real estate investment structures (SPVs and holding structures).
• Draft, review, and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, attend, and minute board and shareholder meetings.
• Lead KYC/AML and broader compliance processes for your client portfolio.
• Communicate daily with clients and stakeholders (legal/tax advisors, banks, and authorities).
• Coordinate incorporations, dissolutions and bank account openings.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and ensure entities remain in good legal standing.
• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement of client service delivery.
