Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Food Science, Business Sustainability, ESG, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, processing, and analysis of sustainability data for the Taste portfolio.
• Prepare sustainability documentation, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Assist cross‑functional teams in responding to customer sustainability requests.
• Maintain and update sustainability documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support sustainability reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project tracking.
• Develop training and enablement materials to increase sustainability knowledge.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on environmental impacts and certifications.
• Research sustainability regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings with Sustainability, Commercial, Regulatory, and Product Development.

Job Summary

The internship is full‑time and available for a duration of 6 to 12 months. Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support the collection, processing, and analysis of sustainability data related to the Taste portfolio.
• Contribute to the preparation of sustainability documentation, presentations, and materials for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support commercial teams and cross‑functional stakeholders in responding to customer sustainability requests.
• Maintain and update sustainability‑related documentation, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Assist with sustainability reporting activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and project tracking.
• Develop training and enablement materials to increase sustainability knowledge across commercial teams.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses related to environmental impacts, ingredients, certifications, key performance indicators, and sustainability processes.
• Conduct research on sustainability regulations, market trends, customer expectations, and industry best practices.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders from Sustainability, Commercial, Regulatory, and Product Development teams.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Food Science, Business Sustainability, ESG, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sustainability topics within the food, ingredients, or consumer goods industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high‑quality work.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with international and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Eligible to complete a full‑time internship for a period of 6 to 12 months.
