Job summary

A leading train travel company based in Utrecht is seeking an Interim Product Owner for 4-6 months. You will be responsible for managing the user journey from acquisition to onboarding, focusing on optimizing experiences for users of the Eurail and Interrail websites. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in product ownership, solid understanding of SEO, and a passion for travel sustainability. A flexible hybrid work model is offered, allowing collaboration in the office twice a week.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-marketing role.
• Extensive experience with backlog ownership and refinement.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing customer value with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Product Team’s roadmap and backlog.
• Work closely with Marketing on acquisition performance.
• Use data and insights to guide prioritisation and validate impact.
