Job summary

Magnum is seeking an interim Procurement Finance & Transformation professional to join the team in Amsterdam. The role combines data-rich dashboards with strong procurement finance know-how and credible business partnering to support a multi-country organisation through a 1-2 year transformation.

You will work closely with procurement directors, the supply-chain director, country CFOs and senior management to move reporting toward a structured, sustainable future state and to support budgeting

Responsibilities

• Making an inventory of existing procurement and supply-chain finance reports.
• Developing and improving dashboards for material prices, transfer prices and other key cost drivers.
• Creating clearer visibility into developments in commodities such as cocoa and dairy.
• Identifying why margins are changing and which cost drivers are responsible.
• Bringing together highly fragmented data from different countries and support teams.
• Improving the existing BI and dashboarding foundation.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning in Predict.
• Preparing analyses and presentations for senior management and country CFOs.
• Business partnering with procurement directors, supply-chain leadership and other senior stakeholders.
• Helping create a more structural and consistent reporting process.
