Job summary

Triodos Investment Management zoekt een ervaren Interim Head of Finance. Je leidt een team van finance professionals, waarborgt continuïteit, levert tijdig de jaarrekening en begeleidt de transitie naar een nieuw operationeel model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with relevant certifications.
• At least 9–10 years in financial services, with 4–5 years in a leadership or interim leadership role.
• Proven track record as an independent interim professional, preferably within the Dutch financial sector.
• Experience leading finance teams through organizational change and transformation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch and international financial regulations, especially within asset management.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, governance, risk management and audit processes.
• Strategic, analytical and tech-savvy with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to balance results and people and lead teams through change.
• Willing learner and ambassador for change.

Responsibilities

• Interim leadership to ensure continuity and stability in the Finance function.
• Lead a team of 12-13 professionals in Accounting, Reporting, Control and Oversight.
• Oversee financial management, reporting and control processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Own timely delivery of the year-end accounts and related reporting obligations.
• Advise and guide the Finance team through the transition to the future operating model.
• Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned to Triodos’ mission and long-term goals.
• Drive budgeting and support business case development for new products and initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Advise senior management and challenge on financial matters; act as trusted business partner.
• Lead change and innovation using technology, BI tools and data infrastructure to improve processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align financial goals and governance.
• Prepare the organization for the future through effective change management.
