Job summary

Patagonia is seeking an eStore Coordinator to manage product data, taxonomy, and seasonal launches across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will work with SFCC and Salsify to ensure accurate attributes, pricing and category assignments, while localising content for multiple European languages and currencies.

The role supports merchandising and planning, reports to the eCommerce Trade Manager, and operates in a hybrid setup with up to three days remote per week.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in ecommerce operations, digital merchandising or content management.
  • Experience configuring attributes, pricing and categories in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience with product copy localisation and taxonomy across European languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy for launches and catalog updates.
  • Ability to troubleshoot product setup and coordinate with global teams.
  • Proficient in Excel; ability to build datasheets and dashboards for reporting.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Your role:

We're in business to save our home planet. The eStore Coordinator ensures accurate product setup, category structure, and foundational merchandising elements across Patagonia's EMEA digital platform. The role is responsible for preparing seasonal launches, managing product copy and taxonomy, and maintaining filters, size charts, and troubleshooting workflows. It operates within EMEA, reporting into the eCommerce Trade Manager, and collaborates with global digital and product teams to ensure consistency, localisation, and readiness across multiple European markets.

Main tasks:
  • Seasonal and Sale launch production: Own product, price and catalogue execution for seasonal and promotional launches. Prepare product attributes and categories ensuring all new and sale products are correctly configured and activated in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager and Salsify. Act as the regional lead on Product Information Management. Coordinate with Merchandising and Planning teams to align timing and accuracy.
  • Product copy and data management: Manage and update product descriptions for the European site, ensuring localisation for all regional languages, clarity, and alignment with brand tone. Maintain product data and pricing for full price items and calculations for discounted products across multiple currencies. to support trading and campaign priorities. Consult on keywords, dictionary, sorting rules, A/B tests and overall site hygiene.
  • Category taxonomy and structure: Create and update the EU taxonomy file and category structure across multiple languages. Own category creation, product readiness and assign product to correct categories to ensure category content reflects seasonal direction, stock availability, and campaign needs.
  • Filters, size charts, and campaign setup: Maintain and configure filters, search refinements, size charts, and product groupings for campaigns. Ensure all elements are correctly applied and relevant for European customers to support customer navigation and product discovery across the site.
  • Troubleshooting and operational accuracy: Identify and resolve product and category setup issues, coordinating with global and regional teams to ensure timely fixes. Maintain documentation and apply updates to ensure operational consistency across systems and markets.
  • Product assortment and offer management: Drive commercial opportunities and onsite experience through inventory-led storytelling by improving communication around product availability and future stock, collaborating to influence in-season and pre-sale forecasting, and increasing eCommerce stock visibility to empower customers to make informed purchase decisions.
  • Project management and enhancements: Contribute to the execution of projects and enhancements, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Manage priorities, stakeholder relationships, and timelines while navigating a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environment. Ensuring outcomes remain aligned with business objectives, balancing competing demands and driving progress through complexity and change.
  • Data analytics and commercial reporting: Using Excel and multiple business systems to validate and analyze product and pricing data, generate insights, identify optimization opportunities, support data-driven decision-making and provide recommendations across merchandising, trading, inventory, and eCommerce functions.
What we're looking for:
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, product content management, or online trading.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager and Salsify, applied to configure product attributes, pricing and category assignments with precision and consistency.
  • Good understanding of product copy localisation and taxonomy, enabling accurate and brand‑aligned descriptions and category structures across multiple European languages and markets.
  • Good attention to detail and operational accuracy, used to execute seasonal launches, maintain filters and size charts, and ensure all product data is correctly implemented and maintained.
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting workflows, applied to identify and resolve product setup issues, coordinate with global teams, and maintain documentation for recurring fixes and updates.
  • Good understanding of cross‑functional coordination, enabling effective collaboration with Merchandising, Planning, and Global Digital teams to align product presentation with trading and campaign priorities.
  • Operating in Excel on high level, analysing and creating datasheets for various purposes, integrating and consolidating data across various business system
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus

  • This is a fixed term full-time vacancy, intended to support the team during 7 months.
