Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting in the Netherlands seeks an Insurance Consultant to help shape strategy and drive execution across client engagements in the Insurance sector. You will advise on strategic decisions, develop innovative solutions, and identify business opportunities while collaborating with a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• MSc Diploma required.
• 2–3 years of experience as a consultant/associate in strategy or management consulting with an insurance focus.
• Strong understanding of Insurance (Property & Casualty) and transformation towards data, digital, and ecosystems.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape direction to help clients from strategy to execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to support strategic decision making and identify business development opportunities.
