Sempro Technologies BV, located in Nijmegen, seeks an Installation Engineer to install and debug their advanced machines at global customer sites. The role demands mechanical and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to travel internationally, as you'll spend about 50% of your time abroad.
The ideal candidate will possess an MBO4 or HBO qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. This is a unique opportunity to work with a top player in the semiconductor industry.
Sempro Technologies BV is a fast growing OEM equipment supplier, developing, supplying and servicing trim & form equipment for semiconductors. Sempro equipment and solutions play an important role in the roadmap towards cost leadership at our customer assembly sites around the world. Within the Power product segment Sempro is in the top three of world leaders. The Sempro Product Support, Service and Engineering teams are located in the Netherlands, Malaysia and China. The current organization consists of about 40 FTE and is planning to continuously grow to stay ahead in the market.
You will work in assembly, installing and debugging of Sempro machines and tools (mostly newly developed machines) at the customer's locations worldwide and at the Sempro site in Nijmegen. You will also, if necessary, support the manufacturing in Malaysia (Penang).
As an Installation Engineer you work on adjusting, testing and commissioning various machines. You are an all‑round technician. Installing and debugging machines and machine parks is what you like to do. You have both mechanical and electrical knowledge.
You will also help R&D in development of new machines and help the set‑up of assembly in China.
Furthermore, it is no problem for you to travel internationally; you can travel anywhere in the world. You are open to further develop yourself. It is a varied job and the techniques are constantly changing.
On average you will be abroad for 50% of your time.
