Job summary

BTT Railport in the Netherlands seeks an Inland Planner to keep inland container flows moving. You will be the link between drivers, shunters, train drivers and the terminal operation, and you will switch quickly to adjust where needed.

You are responsible for giving instructions, checking containers and documentation, processing gate-in/out data in the TMS, handling terminal/training/warehouse admin, and informing colleagues about priorities and train planning.

Qualifications

• Available for late shift 12:00–21:00.
• Full-time with flexible working hours.
• Keep an overview, work accurately and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator and collaborative.
• Experience in logistics or terminal planning a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Giving instructions to drivers and shunters for inland container assignments.
• Checking containers, trailers and documentation on arrival and departure.
• Processing gate-in and gate-out data in the TMS system.
• Handling administration related to terminal, train and warehouse activities.
• Informing colleagues on priorities and train planning.
