Job summary

Vanderlande in Veghel offers a six‑month internship in the Group Tax department. You will support the automation and documentation of EMEA indirect tax positions and related compliance programs.

You will learn how the Tax Control Framework and RiCoMo operate, assist with country file rollouts and ERP mappings, and explore low‑code tools like Alteryx to reduce manual work in our EMEA Shared Service Center.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in tax, economics or finance.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to learn tax automation tools.
• Interest in indirect tax (VAT) and automated compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of the global indirect tax country file program across relevant EMEA countries.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the indirect tax ERP blueprint, including transaction mapping.
• Contribute to the indirect tax compliance automation program to optimize workflows.
• Help assess indirect tax risks and opportunities within the RiCoMo framework.
