Job summary

Eye Security seeks an experienced Incident Response Lead to head the Security Operations IR team, coordinating ransomware and BEC investigations, performing forensic work, and acting as the go-to contact under pressure. You will be responsible for people management and hands-on credibility in the most complex cases.

You will lead by example, manage caseloads, set quality standards for incident reporting, and drive automation and playbook improvements as the team scales across Europe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on incident response / digital forensics experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a technical team under high pressure.
• Fluent English; Dutch (C2) for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Incident Response team; regular one-to-ones and performance conversations.
• Personally take point on the most complex or high-profile incidents when needed.
• Own end-to-end incident response service quality from intake to closure/reporting.
