Vintage.com in Duiven, Netherlands, seeks a Warehouse Team Lead for inbound operations. You will plan deliveries, coordinate unloading, and ensure accurate documentation while guiding the inbound team and collaborating with Receiving, Check-In and Storage leads.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, daily briefings, and resolving delays to keep items moving smoothly through the warehouse. Proactive leadership and cross-team coordination are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inbound transport coordination.
• Experience leading or coordinating an operational team.
• A good understanding of inbound logistics, receiving, delivery documentation and warehouse safety.
• Strong organisation skills with accurate records.
• Clear English communication; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience coordinating external transport providers or drivers.
• Familiarity with WMS/TMS or similar systems.
• Lean, 5S or continuous improvement exposure.
• Experience across more than one warehouse location.
• 2–3 years of related logistics experience.
