Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein is seeking a Kwaliteitsadviseur Complexe Casuïstiek & Gedragswetenschapper Jeugd for a combined 32-hour-per-week role, with 16 hours focused on youth quality advice and 16 hours on behavior science in youth care. The position emphasizes coaching professionals, improving processes and implementing improvements in a municipal context.

The role requires a formal degree in psychology or orthopedagogics, at least two years of relevant experience in youth behavior science,

Qualifications

• Academic degree in psychology or orthopedagogy (hard requirement).
• Experience coaching and advising professionals in complex youth caseloads.
• Strong advisory skills and ability to translate policy into practice.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise youth consultants on complex caseloads and child safety issues.
• Support professionals in analyses, decision making and next steps.
• Provide treatment and action recommendations and review reports and plans.
• Coordinate case discussions and assess need for specialist youth services.
• Advise on decommissioning and closing of help trajectories when appropriate.
• Drive efficiency, cost-awareness and outcome-focused work in youth care.
• Translate policy developments into implementation guidance.
• Lead change and improvement projects within the youth care domain.
