Job summary

The Centre for Human Drug Research seeks a talented Statistical Programmer for a full-time role in Leiden, Netherlands. The position emphasizes SAS coding, data review, and producing tables/listings for PK/PD analyses.

We offer a one-year contract for 32-40 hours/week with a path to permanent employment. CHDR provides a competitive salary, ABP pension, 8% vacation allowance, and a year-end bonus, plus generous vacation days and training funding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or other relevant fields.
• Experience as a statistical programmer in pharmaceutical/biotech/clinical settings.
• Proficiency in SAS is preferred; knowledge of other statistical languages (e.g. R) will be considered.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Generating data review and interim reports.
• Creating statistical outputs (tables, figures and listings) for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic endpoints.
• Allocating treatment (randomisation).
• Developing standardised SAS code.
