Job summary

Milsbeek-based operator position at an indoor composting facility involves hands-on production tasks and operating heavy machinery. You will monitor processes, sample materials, and help maintain a clean, safe production area.

The role requires Dutch language fluency, reliability, and willingness to take responsibility. You must have your own transport as the site is not reachable by public transport, with a fixed 8-week shift schedule including mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency required.
• Flexible, solution-oriented and responsible attitude.
• Production experience is an advantage, but the right attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process monitoring: mix, fill and inoculate materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Quality control: take samples and perform measurements for consistent compost quality.
• Technical work & maintenance: perform preventive maintenance and keep the environment clean and safe.
• Operate heavy machinery: experience with a wheel loader is helpful or willingness to learn.
