Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee delivery of multi-country clinical studies, ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, EU CTR, and client contracts. The role focuses on project delivery, quality and financial performance, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve milestones.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in multi-country trial management within a CRO or pharma setting, excellent communication in English and Dutch, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multicountry clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, EU CTR).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense presentations with Business Development for multi-country studies.
• Ensure clinical delivery in compliance with regulatory, contract, and SOP requirements.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Manage project financials, including EAC and potential out-of-scope opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and manage resources for milestone achievement.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to overcome study obstacles.
