Job summary

Haldu Groep NL is actively seeking an experienced Truck Mechanic for immediate start in the Netherlands. You will maintain, diagnose, and repair trucks and commercial vehicles in a modern workshop to keep fleets safe and reliable.

You will work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and actively contribute to safety and quality. The role is full-time, with weekly salary payments and accommodation where applicable, supported by our international HR team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Truck Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Valid category B driving licence and fluent in English.

Are you an experienced Truck Mechanic looking for a new opportunity in the Netherlands? We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to maintain, diagnose, and repair trucks and other commercial vehicles. What Will You Do?

• Perform maintenance and repair work on trucks and other commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, braking systems, and other technical components.
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance.
• Work with modern diagnostic equipment and electronic systems.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure their technical condition and safety.
• Independently perform repairs and resolve technical problems.
• Carry out emergency repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and safely.

What Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience as a Truck Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Mechanic.
• Experience maintaining and repairing trucks and other commercial vehicles.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical components.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical faults.
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment.
• Good command of English.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality.
