Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Technical Architect/Developer to lead design, development and deployment of Maximo EAM solutions in the Netherlands. You will architect MAS-based implementations, drive data migration, integrations and upgrades, and mentor project teams.

The role requires strong Java, SQL and XML skills, hands-on Maximo MAS experience, and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Technical Architect/Developer to lead the technical design, development, customization, and implementation of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Java development, SQL, XML, and end-to-end Maximo implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
• Lead IBM Maximo implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Develop, customize, and configure Maximo applications.
• Perform data migration and system integration activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
• Develop reports using BI Publisher.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Provide ongoing technical support and optimization of the Maximo environment.
