Job summary

TEKsystems in the Netherlands is seeking engineers to join a major infrastructure modernization program in the hyperscale data center industry. You will support the replacement of end-of-life network infrastructure across live production environments.

This is not a standard rack-and-stack role. Ideal candidates understand network migrations, maintenance windows, cabling remediation, and operate in change-controlled environments, with hands-on experience in live network infrastructure and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Centre Operations or Infrastructure.
• Network switch deployments and refresh projects.
• Fiber and structured cabling environments.
• Live production infrastructure experience.
• Maintenance windows and change-controlled activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform network switch replacements and infrastructure upgrades
• Support live network migrations and cutovers
• Trace, remediate, and organize fiber and copper cabling
• Validate and update rack and infrastructure documentation
• Standardize rack layouts and cable management
• Execute work during approved maintenance windows
• Work closely with Network Operations and Data Centre Operations teams
