Canon Production Printing in Venlo, NL, seeks a print process researcher to advance our inkjet technology. You will drive development of inks, print heads, media and image processing, and influence stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Physics
• Strong technical background and eagerness to learn
• Experimental and modelling skills to understand the physics of the printing process
• Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Steer development of technology assets (inks, print heads, media, image processing) needed for state of the art printing
• Balance print process architecture to meet quality, time-to-market and cost targets
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver new graphics and industrial printing applications
