Crystal Air is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee HVAC construction projects. You will coordinate site activities, liaise with client and trades, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and safety policies on site.

You should have 2 years of construction/HVAC experience, be proficient with reading schematics, and hold Safe Pass or equivalent. The role requires strong organizational skills and a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in construction/HVAC industry.
• Read schematics and drawings.
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass (or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supervising site activities, daily meetings, daily site walks; coordinate with other trades and liaise with the client.
• Align with Health & Safety documentation as per client requirements.
• Track clients programme to ensure alignment with project time frames.
• Manage resources and identify skills required to carry out tasks.
• Identify materials and equipment needed.
• Ensure work follows drawings and specifications; high quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate site staff and sub-contractors on site.
