Job summary

Ymatch Recruitment & Detachering is seeking a Service Coördinator HVAC in the Rotterdam region to coordinate mid to large service projects, manage technicians and subcontractors, and ensure projects run smoothly.

You will monitor planning, capacity and progress, act as the first contact for customers and suppliers, and contribute to a data-driven service organization with remote monitoring, with opportunities to advance into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• HBO level or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience in installation, climate control or HVACR.
• Experience in a coordinating role such as service coordination, planning or project support.
• Leadership experience or ambition to grow into a leadership role.
• Strong financial awareness with ability to monitor planning, capacity and efficiency.
• Excellent Dutch and English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medium to large service projects from request to delivery, including directing technicians and subcontractors.
• Assess, plan and monitor service requests, incidents, maintenance work and projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams, resolving technical questions and escalations.
• Ensure optimal use of personnel and resources with ongoing monitoring of planning, capacity and progress.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, service delivery and service quality.
• Contribute to developing a data-driven service organization, including remote monitoring, with growth opportunities toward a leadership role.
