Job summary

Trane Netherlands is seeking a Sales Engineer with a feel for cooling technology to drive new product sales in your region. You will build strong client relationships and contribute to maximizing our market share.

You will identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals with support from the bid team, present offers, and lead negotiations. Frequent travel within the region is expected, and you will work with a motivated energetic team known for sustainability and reliability.

Qualifications

Multiple years of experience in B2B sales within HVAC or cooling markets.
Strong communication and influencing skills with high integrity.
Willingness to travel within the region and work independently from home base.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong relationship with the customer portfolio.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities, prepare proposals with the bid team, present offers and lead negotiations.
Develop the best total solution for the customer, coordinating with other departments as needed.
Deliver customer value through technical and commercial expertise and collaboration with installers, designers, and investors.
Contribute to growth and customer loyalty through ongoing support and a trusted relationship.
Regularly report key sales metrics, monitor market trends, and benchmark against competitors.
