Job summary

Cygnific is offering an internship in HR, centered on onboarding, contracts, personnel changes and data management. You’ll contribute during peak hiring seasons and help improve internal HR communications and templates.

Join an international team with exposure to ATS/HRIS tools, and gain practical HR experience, working 32–40 hours weekly for 4–6 months starting September 2026.

Qualifications

• Studying HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (HBO/WO) in the Netherlands.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to roll up your sleeves.
• Comfortable with tools like Excel, Outlook, or HR systems.
• Fluent in English, and preferably in Dutch as well.

Are you looking for an internship to boost your experience? Join our international team!

As an Allround HR Intern, you won’t be making coffee (unless it’s for yourself). You’ll be right in the middle of everything that makes our people & recruitment operations run smoothly.From drafting contracts to helping us gear up for our Rituals Peak (Black Friday madness and Christmas rush!).

Your key missions:

Support HR with onboarding, imports, contracts, personnel changes, exit processes, and data management;

Be part of our biggest seasonal hiring waves around the holidays;

Assist with internal HR communication, templates, and process updates;

Work with colleagues from different departments to improve the way we support our people.

Who You Are

You’re curious, hands‑on, and not afraid to ask questions. You love working with and for people. You’re someone who likes to take initiative and enjoys being part of a team where no day is the same.

You are:

Studying HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (HBO/WO level) in the Netherlands.

Organised, proactive, and eager to roll up your sleeves.

Comfortable with tools like Excel, Outlook, or HR systems.

Fluent in English, and preferably in Dutch as well.

Available from September 2026 for 4–6 months, 32–40 hours per week.
