Qualifications

• Minimum required education level: professional school.
• In possession of or willing to obtain forklift driver's license, first aid certification, and other safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assemblies and repairs as part of a team and/or external contractors.
• Check tools and components before assembly, using them carefully.
• Ensure all regulations, instructions, drawings, and specifications are in place before assembly starts.
• Immediately report incompleteness, defects, deviations, or safety risks.
• Record assembly data correctly and pass it on to the coordinator promptly.
• Maintain order and cleanliness, separating and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Attend trainings and obtain certifications to keep professional and safety knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Perform tasks delegated by the coordinator and/or test engineers.

HRL JOINTER

The High‑Voltage Research Laboratory (HRL) is engaged in producing tests mainly on high‑voltage cables and sub‑components. The department focuses on innovative solutions to meet customer needs, and the team is friendly and supportive.

In a nutshell

The HRL jointer assembles test set‑ups in the HRL, and assists the coordinator and test engineers with delegated tasks such as managing, inspecting tools and stock. The HRL jointer maintains professionalism, is a team player, flexible, safety‑conscious, and continuously improves assembly quality and efficiency. The position reports to the HRL coordinator.
