Job summary

Tata Steel Netherlands is seeking an IT value stream architect for the HR – Hire to Retire value stream. You will define end-to-end architecture across recruitment, onboarding, payroll integrations, learning, absence management, and retirement processes.

You will guide architecture, data integrity, privacy, and security while aligning with enterprise standards and DT governance. Hybrid work in NL is offered for flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of IT Solution / Application Architecture experience in large, complex organisations.
• Proven knowledge of SAP HR solutions, preferably SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
• Strong HR domain understanding: Hire to Retire processes, HR data models, and integrations.
• Experience with SaaS-based HR applications and complex integration landscapes.
• Proficiency with ArchiMate for modelling value streams and solution architectures.
• Experience in Agile / DevOps environments, SAFe for Architects context.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture vision, principles, and roadmap for HR Hire to Retire.
• Translate HR strategy and DCT objectives into robust, scalable architectures.
• Ensure data privacy, security, performance, and maintainability across HR landscape.
• Guard architectural consistency with enterprise standards and IT governance.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Owners, HR stakeholders, product and platform teams, and vendors.
• Support Agile/DevOps teams with clear architectural guidance for compliant delivery.
