Job summary

Philips is seeking two interns for the People Activation Team in Eindhoven and Amsterdam. The 9–12 month internship focuses on activating people solutions through internal communications, project management, and admin initiatives within Philips' global People Strategy.

You must be enrolled at university for the full duration and start ASAP. Responsibilities include supporting and leading small projects, developing content for internal channels like Viva Engage and SharePoint, and reporting

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Communications, HR, (Organizational) Psychology, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fast learner with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Creative thinker able to translate complex ideas; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and proactive about learning.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead small projects with guidance from a People Activation Specialist.
• Support organization-wide online engagement programs and regular webcasts.
• Report project progress with regular updates, focusing on quality and status.
• Create content for internal channels (Viva Engage, Intranet, SharePoint, social platforms).
• Prioritize, execute, and communicate tasks in a fast-paced environment.
