The EW Facility Services team is hiring a hotel housekeeping assistant for The Social Hub Rotterdam, ensuring spotless rooms and public areas for a welcoming guest experience.

You will clean rooms, make beds, replenish amenities, and maintain high hygiene standards, with shifts 09:00–16:00 and 15–20 hours per week, in a Rotterdam-based role offering training and growth opportunities.

We offer

• Gross hourly wage starting from €15.52, depending on experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre from 20 km per day
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours accrual and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract
• An extra day off on your birthday

Your job

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that The Social Hub Rotterdam looks spotless every day. Thanks to your efforts, guests can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay from the moment they arrive.

What will you do?

• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, and public areas
• Make beds and change bed linen
• Clean bathrooms and dust furniture
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Replenish guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels
• Maintain high hygiene and quality standards throughout the hotel

Every room you complete contributes directly to creating an exceptional guest experience.

Working Hours & Days

• Working hours are between 09:00 and 16:00
• Flexible working days between Monday and Sunday
• Average working week of 15 to 20 hours

Together, we'll create a schedule that works for both you and the hotel.
