Job summary

Stayokay Vondelpark and Stadsdoelen in Amsterdam is hiring a friendly Housekeeping employee. You will ensure rooms and common areas are neat, plan shifts with colleagues, and contribute to our relaxed, open hostel culture.

We offer an all-in hourly wage of 17,91 EUR for ages 20+, 16,12 EUR for 19, and 14,33 EUR for 18, with vacation pay paid monthly, travel allowance (>10 km) and Stayokay discounts plus yearly staff events and development opportunities through Stayokay Academy or HI-connect

• Flexible and willing to work mornings and afternoons, including weekends.
• Eye for detail and able to plan with colleagues.

You are...

• flexible and willing to work in the morning and afternoon (also in the weekend)
• going to make sure that the rooms and general areas are neat and clean
• going to start your shift by making a planning with your colleagues, so everyone knows what to do and when to finish

You have...

• relevant work experience
• a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• no problem working on your own, you are flexible and willing to help your colleagues
• an open-mind and drive and finds sustainability important!

You will get...

• an all-in hourly wage of €17,91 if you are 20 years old or older (19 years: €16,12; 18 years: €14,33).An all-in hourly wage means that your vacation allowance and accrued vacation hours are paid immediately each month, so you don't have to wait for them
