Maintain a clean, dry, and polished workstation and adhere to HACCP guidelines to sustain high quality. Comfort with evenings and weekends, a proactive team player with attention to detail will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail.
• No 9 to 5 mentality; availability evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tableware and cutlery for use using an automatic washing and rinsing machine.
• Support the kitchen with various tasks.
• Keep the work area clean; crockery and cutlery dried and polished as needed.
• Identify problems with equipment and ensure HACCP guidelines are followed.
• Contribute to maintaining high quality within the hotel.
