• Experience in providing service, preferably as a Bartender.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• A real team player with a Hands-on mentality.
• Strong communicative skills in English.
• General knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
• Flexible to work, also in evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
• Prepare and serve beverages: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards.
• Support bar and lounge service: Take and deliver orders in bar and lobby areas.
• Maintain bar operations: Stock and organize bar supplies and perishables.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately: Use POS system for cash and cards.
• Monitor product quality: Manage inventory and ensure freshness of beverages.
• Address guest concerns professionally: Handle intoxicated guest situations with care and safety.
• Comply with regulatory standards: Health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness compliance.
