Job summary

Uitzendbureau is seeking a HV technician to work on substations above 110 kV, coordinating technical work, safety, quality, and progress on-site. You will lead small teams of up to four people on project locations and make decisions to ensure safe and timely completion.

Responsibilities include overseeing new builds, conversions and renovations, and actively signaling risks while ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes excellent tooling and training opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 diploma in electrical engineering or energy technology, or demonstrable equivalent work experience.
• Certification in HV safety (STIPEL VP or BEI LV/HV/WV) and experience with safe working methods.
• Minimum two years in HV or motivation to progress from technician.
• Able to work independently, eager to learn, customer-focused and communicative on-site with team and client.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform technical work on HV stations, including testing, commissioning above 110 kV.
• Lead small teams of up to four on project sites with clear instructions for safe, efficient work.
• Work autonomously on new builds, conversions and renovations of stations, making execution adjustments.
• Actively manage safety, quality and progress, identify risks and address faults pragmatically.
