Shine Window Care is hiring for a full-time seasonal role. You’ll travel in a Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses, perform window cleaning and related services, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the day.

The position offers a starting wage of $17–$18 per hour, paid training, and benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching. Vehicle provided and a supportive team culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with a teammate.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
• End day back at Shine office to recap.
