Job summary

StudentJob zoekt technici voor een gloednieuwe productielijn in Noord-Brabant. Je assembleert foutloze mechatronische onderdelen voor high-tech machines en werkt volgens strikte kwaliteitsnormen in een cleanroom-omgeving.

Ervaring is welkom maar ook schoolverlaters worden uitgenodigd. Je werkt 40 uur per week, mogelijk met ploegendiensten, en profiteert van een 16% ploegentoeslag, een bonusschema, 30 vakantiedagen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Technische opleiding of duidelijke affiniteit met techniek.
• Ervaring met fijne mechanische assemblage is een plus, maar ook schoolverlaters welkom.
• Schoonproductie-omgeving en lean manufacturing-kennis is een voordeel.

Responsibilities

• Assemblage van fijne mechatronische installaties en precisie-toepassingen.
• Werken volgens strikte kwaliteitsnormen en productieprotocollen.
• Uitvoering in een cleanroom-omgeving.
• Samenwerken met collega's voor continue verbetering en innovatie.
• Bestellen en zorgen voor correcte verpakking en verzending.
• Ondersteunen van onboarding en training van nieuwe teamleden.

We are hiring for a brand new production site and looking for ambitious, curious technicians both experienced professionals and recent technical school leavers. You will assemble components used in production machines of ASML!. If that excites you, read on.

What you'll do

• Assemble fine mechatronic installations and high?'precision applications
• Work according to strict quality standards and production protocols
• Perform tasks in a cleanroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Prepare orders and ensure correct packaging and shipment
• Support onboarding and training of new team members (for experienced hires)

Functie eisen

Who you are

• You have a technical education or clear technical affinity
• Experience with fine mechanical assembly is a plus, but motivated school leavers are welcome
• Interest in working under cleanroom principles
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is an advantage
• You are accurate, solution?'oriented and quality?'driven
• You are flexible and willing to work in a 2?'shift system if required

• Salary up to €4,000 gross per month (including allowances).
