Job summary

Hanab Energy Solutions seeks a High-Voltage Cost Engineer in the Netherlands to determine cost prices for multidisciplinary energy projects. You will analyse tender specs and translate them into realistic cost estimates, collaborating with the tender team and cross-functional departments.

The role offers a competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,765 to €6,500, plus an 18% flexible benefits budget, a fixed year-end bonus of 3.7% and a variable bonus up to 3%, a strong pension plan,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with cost estimation processes is an advantage.
• A valid category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Analysing complex tender requests and project documentation to translate them into clear cost estimates.
• Determining project costs and ensuring alignment with the tender team.
• Coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Contract Management and QHSE.
