Picnic is hiring a production assistant in Dordrecht on a part‑time or full‑time basis. You will collect and pack orders in a high‑tech warehouse, ensuring quality and efficiency while following product-to-person workflows.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, or nights, with two paid breaks offering free meals and drinks. The role offers a salary of €17.19 per hour (holiday pay included), a choice of fixed or flexible hours (18–45 per week), travel support or a shuttle, and a €200 training budget

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically fit and able to perform active work.
• Take initiative and be eager to learn new skills.
• Basic Dutch or English is sufficient; teammates will support you.
• Available 18–45 hours per week with morning, evening or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collect and pack an average of 150 orders per shift in a high‑tech warehouse.
• Fill crates and check product quality; no long walks in the building.
• Help keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Enjoy two paid breaks with free meals and drinks at the restaurant.
