Thales Nederland in Hengelo seeks a skilled Pick & Place Operator to assemble electronic and mechanical components using dedicated machines. You will perform visual checks and ensure items meet IPC standards, recording deviations and supporting error resolution.

The role requires an MBO diploma and a hands-on mindset with a focus on quality in a high-tech environment. You will work closely with QC and production teams to maintain smooth manufacturing flow.

Qualifications

• MBO diploma required.
• Experience with assembly of electronic and mechanical parts preferred.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and follow IPC/SMR standards.

Responsabilités

• Assemble electronic components using prescribed processes and machines.
• Assemble electrical and precision mechanical parts per instruction sheets.
• Perform visual inspections according to standards and procedures.
• Check and link serial-number bearing parts.
• Identify and help resolve defects; report deviations to technicians.
• Coordinate with technicians and QC on difficult deviations.
