Qualifications

• Valid diploma as Helpende plus is required.
• Flexibility to work mornings 7:00-12:30 or afternoons 16:30-23:00.
• Driving licence B and own vehicle (or bicycle) for travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Document care activities for colleagues and family review.
• Consult with wijkverpleegkundige about care plans.
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and medication.
• Engage in supportive conversations with clients.
• Assist clients to maintain daily activities and encourage self-dependence.
