Location

Graaf Florishof, Deventer – situated at the edge of the city centre with the Keizerslanden shopping centre within walking distance. The facility has three residential levels, each hosting 12 residents, with small‑scale psychogeriatric (A/B) and somatic (C/F) departments.

Work Environment & Benefits

The team focuses on creating a warm and homelike atmosphere, encouraging residents to participate in daily activities such as cooking and painting. A weekend social gathering (“borrel”) is organised on the residents’ living groups.
