Job summary

Dagelijks Leven is seeking a Helpende for its flexpool, providing care across several small-scale living locations in the Netherlands. You will support residents with daily activities, maintain a comfortable home-like environment, and adapt to varying shifts across Hoofddorp, Roelofarendsveen, and Boskoop.

Ideal candidates bring a Care and Welfare level 2 diploma (or equivalent), flexibility including weekends/holidays, own transport, and a genuine affinity for elderly individuals with memory

Qualifications

• Completed Care and Welfare level 2 diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Own transport.
• Empathy, alertness and patience.
• Affinity with elderly with memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks such as getting in/out of bed, showering, and dressing.
• Keep rooms and studios tidy and organized.
• Get to know residents and recognize when extra support is needed.
• Work across different small-scale living locations to provide consistent care.
