Job summary

Legro Germany GmbH is seeking a Transport Planner in Helmond to organize driver routes and schedules, ensuring timely deliveries. You will coordinate with drivers, charters, and colleagues to keep the schedule on track and prepare shipping documents as needed.

The role includes monthly 24/7 driver availability and close collaboration with a small transport planning team. You’ll work in a hands-on environment, support overtime when required, and leverage knowledge of European roads and ferry

Salary: €2,658.26 to €4,874.31 gross per month based on 40 hours

As a Transport Planner, you ensure that our trucks set off on their routes according to a well-planned schedule. This ensures that our products reach the customer on time. You plan routes, maintain contact with drivers and regular charters, and ensure that the correct shipping documents are ready. If things go wrong during the day, you can quickly take action.

You process changes, keep the relevant colleagues informed, and ensure that the schedule remains on track. In doing so, you also use the knowledge of our drivers. They know what is happening on the road and with customers. You work together with the other transport planners. Within the team, everyone has their own part of the planning. Additionally, you run a 24/7 availability service for drivers about once a month.

About once a month, you are available 24/7 for drivers. You alternate this with your fellow planners.

At the end of the week, you like to close the week together.

• Salary: a gross monthly salary within the function scale of € 2,658.26 to € 4,874.31 based on 40 hours. Depending on knowledge and experience.
