Job summary

Andor Security Service is seeking driven security guards in healthcare to join our team in the Utrecht and Amsterdam region. You will protect patients, staff and visitors and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment in care institutions.

As a care security officer, you will monitor access, respond to incidents, perform patrols, and collaborate with colleagues to prevent escalations. Flexible hours include part-time, full-time, or on-call positions.

Qualifications

• You must hold the security diploma (internal training possible).
• Some security experience is a plus but not required.
• You live in the Utrecht or Amsterdam region.
• You must hold a driving licence B.
• You are customer-oriented and service-minded.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Flexible attitude to working hours as shifts occur outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and security within the healthcare facility, inside and outside.
• Oversee access control and manage visitor registrations.
• Respond to undesirable situations such as aggression, theft or other incidents.
• Perform preventive rounds and check emergency exits and alarms.
• Identify and report safety risks and areas for improvement.
