Job summary

Start People is seeking an Order Picker & Packer to ensure medical products are processed accurately and shipped on time. You will use a handheld scanner to pick items, verify quantities, and pack orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Shifts are 2- or 3-shift, between 06:00 and 00:00, with some work in a temperature-controlled area of 2°C to 8°C. You value hands-on work, attention to detail, and teamwork while entering goods in SAP and WMS and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and packing is preferred.
• Able to work in a temperature-controlled area (2°C to 8°C).
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift schedule.

As an Order Picker & Packer, you play an important role in ensuring medical products are processed accurately and delivered on time. Using a handheld scanner, you pick the correct items and prepare orders carefully for shipment.

Your main tasks are:

• Picking medical products with a handheld scanner;
• Checking products, quantities and packaging;
• Packing orders and preparing them for shipment;
• Loading, unloading and moving goods in the warehouse;
• Registering incoming and outgoing goods in SAP and WMS;
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe.Quality is especially important in healthcare logistics. Your careful work helps ensure that medical products reach customers in the correct condition and at the right time.

This is a full-time warehouse job in a 2- or 3-shift schedule. Your shifts take place between 06:00 and 00:00. Part of the work may be performed in a temperature-controlled area of 2°C to 8°C. It is therefore important that you are comfortable working in a cooler environment. You enjoy hands-on work, pay attention to detail, and like being part of a team. Working with medical products means accuracy is essential, and you are committed to maintaining high standards every day.

You are:

• Available full-time for a 2- or 3-shift schedule;
• Able and willing to work in an environment of 2°C to 8°C;
• Physically able to perform active warehouse work;
• Able to communicate in basic English;
• Motivated, reliable and focused on quality.
