You’ll join the Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE) Global Real Estate & Facilities Management (REFM) team, reporting to the Director of Site Health & Safety, Risk & Security. The role will work closely with country Health & Safety Managers and other relevant functions across our European veterinary network. Its focus is to provide a clear view of Health & Safety compliance requirements across countries, recognizing that legal obligations and practical controls may differ depending on the type of veterinary establishment, activities performed and local regulatory framework. The role will help connect EU, UK&I oversight with country-level implementation, supporting a consistent, risk-based and proportionate approach.
