Qualifications

• Proven track record leading commercial teams and managing key accounts in Benelux or Dutch market.
• Strong execution mindset with entrepreneurial leadership.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal); near-native Dutch preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Dutch TV & Audio sales plan to hit revenue, market share and profitability targets.
• Identify distributors and retail partners; manage key accounts and negotiate terms.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and bundling aligned with EMEA/global strategy.
• Build executive relationships with top retail partners and strategic customers.
• Lead annual business planning and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Logistics and Finance.
