Job summary

pladis is seeking a Head of R&D for the Netherlands region, based at Zaandam. You will lead the Netherlands R&D team, driving innovation, renovation and technical productivity pipelines, and oversee end-to-end product development from ideation through to launch.

You should hold a degree in Food Science/Technology or related field, with 5+ years FMCG R&D leadership experience. Fluent English is required; Dutch desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Netherlands R&D pipeline including innovation, renovation and productivity projects.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
• Provide technical leadership across formulation, ingredients, and processing technologies.
