Job summary

GKN Fokker Aerospace is seeking a Delegated Head of Quality to lead the NHI Quality function for the NH90 program, based on-site in Aix-en-Provence, France. This long-term assignment (up to 5 years) offers influence across a major European defense program and exposure to an international network of customers and partners.

You will drive quality excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement, acting as the key interface with customers and regulators while managing quality teams and budgets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, Aviation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management or related systems.
• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience with high standards of team mindset and trust.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN/AS9100, AQAP 2110/2310, ISO 14001, EMAR 21/145.
• Lead Auditor qualification and Project Management certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multicultural and international environments.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French, German, Italian or Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NHI Quality function, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across NH90 program.
• Serve as Chief of the Independent Monitoring Function as per JMAAN 21.
• Manage quality processes, budgets and the Quality Management System.
• Assess/validate contractual Quality requirements and ensure implementation of quality plans.
