KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a pragmatic privacy professional to bridge governance and innovation within Security Services. Lead operational privacy coordination, drive DPIA reviews, and set data minimization rules while enabling secure data-driven security operations.

You will collaborate with D&T to deploy compliant data solutions and support change management across privacy and analytics initiatives. Based in the Netherlands, with hybrid work from Schiphol-East.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Information Management, Law & Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics).
• At least 2 years of experience in privacy coordination, data governance, or analytical roles in regulated environments.
• Experience conducting DPIAs and applying privacy-by-design to data systems and software.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, access controls, data retention, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder and change-management skills; able to translate compliance into practical actions.
• Based in The Netherlands.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational privacy coordination as the department’s privacy point of contact and liaison to the Privacy Office/DPO.
• Lead LIAs, DPIs, and privacy-by-design reviews for tools and analytics pipelines.
• Set practical rules for data minimization, retention, and access controls.
• Enable secure, data-driven security operations across physical, cyber, flight, and integrity domains.
• Guide teams on responsible, compliant data use and navigate data limitations and regulatory boundaries.
• Drive process improvement, innovation and change; champion privacy-compliant tools and workflows.
• Partner with Data & Technology to deploy compliant, scalable data solutions.
